Inspector Profiles

Richard Humbert brings over 20 years of construction experience to the inspection business. His "hands on" experience in virtually all of the construction trades is backed up by a lengthy tenure as the owner of a successful custom home construction company. Richard is an ITA inspector graduate, a member in good standing with CREIA, and an active participant in CREIA's continuing education programs. Richard is only one of a handful of inspectors in California to be certified by CREIA as a Master Inspector.
