Countywide Property Inspections is a locally owned company, run and operated by experienced inspectors with long standing roots in our community. We have been in continuous operation since 1998 and have focused exclusively on performing inspections in the San Diego and South Riverside County areas. We are proud members of the California Real Estate Inspection Association, the San Diego Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, and several other organizations which establish, promote and require of its members, the highest levels of ethical behavior and professional conduct. Countywide's range of services includes inspection of single family homes, duplexes, multi-unit apartment complexes, mobile homes, manufactured homes, and commercial buildings. Our inspectors must meet some of the highest standards in the industry. First, each inspector is a licensed general building contractor with a lengthy construction history - this allows our inspectors to draw from that unique "built from the ground up" experience. Secondly, each inspector has passed the rigorous examination process administered by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). Thirdly, each inspector is required to complete continuing education courses each year to ensure they have the most up to date information possible to assist them. Finally, our inspector will only be brought on board if he is able to successfully pass over 40 "test" inspections that we administer in the presence of our senior inspector. Countywide is fully insured with $1,000,000 in error and omissions coverage and $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. Each inspector is also fully bonded.
