John
Hastey co-founded Countywide
Property Inspections and has
served as the company's President
since its inception back in
1998. His extensive background
in residential and commercial
construction is bolstered by
over 15 years of inspection
experience with some 10,000
inspections performed to date.
John's construction and inspection
certifications and affiliations
include: ICBO (Int'l Conf. of
Bldg. Officials), IAEI (Int'l
Assc. of Electrical Inspectors),
CREIA (Cal. Real Estate Inspection
Assc.), and FREA (Foundation
of Real Estate Appraisers).
John also maintains in good
standing, a General Building
Contractors License issued by
the State of California. John is only one of a handful of inspectors in California to be certified by CREIA as a Master Inspector.
