Armando’s lengthy experience in the construction trade reflects one of the many standards Countywide has set for all of its inspectors. He combines this background with seven years of inspection experience and numerous certifications in the inspection trade attained through course study and vigorous on-the-job training. Armando's proven expertise and lengthy tenure as an inspector has earned him the rare and distinguished classification of "Master CREIA Inspector" (MCI).
