Download a Property Inspection Report

For clients ordering both the on-site checklist report and the computerized narrative report with photos, please enter the report number, the report date, and your email address.

If the report is ready, it will open automatically for viewing and saving to your computer (in pdf format). Additionally, an email containing a link to the report will be sent to your email address.

If the report is not available at this time, an email will be sent to you as soon as the report is available for downloading (report turnaround time: about 2 business days from the date of the inspection, in most cases).
